Poster: What is resilience? You fall, you feel it, you grow. It's not a trait, it's a skill we can all build.

What is resilience?

For a long time I thought being resilient meant never showing a crack. Push through, stay busy, keep smiling.

Then, in one of our sessions, we read about a friend going through a tough time and wrote down our advice for her. Everyone was kind: rest, ask for help, you're doing better than you think.

Then came the question: "Would you follow that advice yourself?" The room went quiet. Most of us wouldn't.

That's when resilience clicked. It isn't about never falling. You fall, you let yourself feel it, and you get back up a little wiser, ideally with the same kindness you'd show a friend.

It's not a trait. It's a skill, and we can all build it.
